The Taste of Louisiana portion of the event features restaurants from Baton Rouge and surrounding areas, showcasing their cuisine by serving a sample-size dish to 600 guests. Each guest attendee will vote for their favorite dish, and one chef will be crowned the “Best Wild Chef of Louisiana”.
