This raffle is hosted by the Louisiana Wildlife and Fisheries Foundation (LAWFF), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. In alignment with LAWFF’s mission, this raffle helps enhance and encourage public enjoyment and use of Louisiana’s wildlife and fisheries resources. Raffle proceeds will support efforts including (but not limited to) youth programs, habitat conservation, environmental education, and fisheries/wildlife resource projects.
ELIGIBILITY
The raffle is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of LAWFF, as well as immediate family members, are not eligible to win. The raffle is void where prohibited by law. For the purposes of this section, “immediate family” means a spouse, child, step-child, brother, sister, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, parent or grandparent.
Exemption Status
THE LAWFF has been granted an exemption from licensing and reporting requirements under Louisiana charitable gaming law, as confirmed by the Louisiana Office of Charitable Gaming. This exemption recognizes LAWFF’s status as a qualified 501(c)(3) charitable organization and means LAWFF is not required to obtain a separate raffle license or submit certain gaming reports typically required of charitable gaming organizations.
ENTRY
Raffle tickets will be available for purchase beginning on THURSDAY, OCTOBER 9, 2025 at 7:00P.M. CST. The Sale Period ENDS on THURSDAY, JANUARY 8, 2026 at 11:55 P.M. CST.
Eligible participants may purchase raffle tickets online at https://www.lawff.org/la-conservation-raffle. Each ticket purchased represents one entry into the raffle. All ticket sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges are permitted. Participants can purchase up to 100 tickets per transaction. There is no total ticket purchase limit.
PRIZE
the LAWFF will be awarding the raffle winner a new chevy vehicle, up to $60,000 value, from YOUR super chevy dealers. Any costs and fees associated with sales taxes, title, registration, delivery of the vehicle, and/or transportation to or from the dealership to purchase or pick up the vehicle is not included and shall be at the sole cost and responsibility of the Winner. The winner will be responsible for payment for any amount over $60,000, but will NOT be eligible for any cash back if the total purchase price from the dealer is less than $60,000.
Winner Selection
The winner will be selected by random drawing on Friday, January 9, 2026. The potential winner will be notified by telephone and email by 5:00 p.m. CST on the day of the drawing. The selected winner will have three business days to accept the prize. If the selected winner does not respond or accept the prize by 5:00 p.m. CST on Wednesday, January 15, the LAWFF may select an alternate winner.
Upon LAWFF’s verification of: (i) the Winner’s acceptance and (ii) the Winner’s eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, the LAWFF will coordinate a time with the Winner to claim the Prize, provided, however, that LAWFF, in its sole discretion, shall make the final determination of the pickup date and location of the Prize.

PUblicity
By entering, each participant grants LAWFF the right to use their name, likeness, voice, and prize information for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Taxes and Compliance
Each Potential Winner is responsible for any payment of all local, state and federal taxes resulting from the income attributable to the receipt of any Prize and should consult his or her professional legal and accounting advisors regarding the tax effects of his or her respective Prize. It is the responsibility of each Potential Winner to determine, to his or her satisfaction, the value of his or her respective Prize, and the tax effect and liabilities associated with each of them, in light of his or her personal financial circumstances.
Limitation of liability
LAWFF is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or not delivered due to technical errors. LAWFF reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the raffle if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond its control affects the fairness or integrity of the raffle. In the event of cancellation or modification, LAWFF will post notice on their website and other appropriate channels.
Governing Law
These rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the raffle shall be brought exclusively in state or federal court located in East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana. by participating in this Raffle, each Participant, including each Potential Winner, hereby irrevocably waives and agrees not to assert by way of motion, as a defense or otherwise in any such action or proceeding, any claim that such party is not personally subject to the jurisdiction of the state or federal court sitting in East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana, that such action or proceeding is brought in an inconvenient forum, that the venue of such action or proceeding is improper or that these Official Rules may not be enforced in or by such state or federal court sitting in East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana.
EACH INDIVIDUAL PARTICIPATING IN THIS RAFFLE, INCLUDING EACH POTENTIAL WINNER, HEREBY WAIVES ANY RIGHT HE OR SHE MAY HAVE TO A JURY TRIAL ARISING FROM ANY DISPUTES RELATED IN ANY WAY TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, THIS RAFFLE, OR ANY PRIZE.
MISCELLANEOUS
If any provision or part of these Official Rules is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be totally or partially invalid, illegal or unenforceable, then the provision will: (i) be deemed to be modified or restricted to the extent and in the manner necessary to make it valid, legal or enforceable, or; (ii) if unable to be so modified or restricted, it will be excised from these Official Rules without affecting any other provision of these Official Rules, which will be enforced to the maximum extent provided by law as if the modified or restricted provision was originally included or as if the excised provision was originally excluded.
These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, oral and written, between each individual participating in this Raffle, including each Potential Winner, and LAWFF with respect to this Raffle.
