Great food has always been one of the defining parts of A Wild Night. More importantly, it reflects the generosity and hospitality that makes Louisiana special.
Throughout the evening, guests will have an opportunity to recognize their favorite culinary experience, with one chef receiving our Best Wild Chef of Louisiana honor award.
Participating Taste of Louisiana restaurants will prepare a sample-size signature dish for approximately 400 guests. We encourage you to showcase something that reflects your restaurant’s style and personality.
