Great food has always been one of the defining parts of A Wild Night. More importantly, it reflects the generosity and hospitality that makes Louisiana special.

Throughout the evening, guests will have an opportunity to recognize their favorite culinary experience, with one chef receiving our Best Wild Chef of Louisiana honor.

Participating Taste of Louisiana chefs and restaurants will prepare a sample-size signature dish for approximately 200-250 guests. We encourage you to showcase something that reflects your style and personality.
